NCAA 2006 Men's Basketball Tournament - Before the Brackets ...

So, there are about 90 minutes until they announced the tournament brackets for this year's NCAA March Madness tournament and I just wanted to let everyone know that this page will be your source for some game previews, recaps and predictions. I'll be throwing up a site in the next few days here (same format, different template maybe) to get the discussion going.

To start things off, Duke fought off a very tough and physical Boston College team to win the ACC tournament again this year. What makes this game important was that this was the first game where the top 4 talents for Duke - Redick, Williams, Paulus and McRoberts - all played exceptionally well in the same game. They all scored double digits, JJ shot over 50% from three point range and the two freshman played like upper classmen again today. If Duke is going to get these type of efforts from their top four and stay out of foul trouble, they can make avery deep run into the tournament.

Now, we all wait in anticipation for the brackets to be selected and shown on ESPN tonight. Keep checking back at Hagrin.com for more information and talk about the brackets.
